Creating Content that Connects
I was sitting at the airport last December waiting to jump on a flight home. My fam and I had just wrapped up a phenomenal week in sunny Marco Island and I was cautiously flipping through my email.
I didn’t really want to read it, but I wanted to know what was waiting for me. Email, it is the best and worst part of vaca — I love not reading it when I am gone and hate coming home to the over flowing inbox. AmIright? ?
As I was scrolling through the messages, I stopped when I read this headline, “Holiday (as Madonna signs it)”
I immediately began to sing –If we took a holiday. Took some to cel-a-brate….just one day…”
After I got to the point where I didn’t know any more of the words to the song. I opened up the email.
The email was personal and engaging and memorable.
Marisa has a powerful cause and I can’t help but support her. Marisa empowers creative business owners to create content that connects with their true fans.
Telling your story in a way that connects to the people that you love to serve is somewhere between magical and therapeutic. Anyone who has ever sat down to write their own About page knows exactly what I am talking about.
And this is why I love Marissa. She is passionate about words. Her goal is to teach and to empower.
She wants to reveal the Must-Dos + Must – Not-Dos so that entrepreneurs can connect and make a bigger impact for their clients.
I love this mission. Sharing wisdom for the value of helping others.
This is exactly what I strive to do in my business. And that is why I didn’t skip a beat when Marisa asked me to be a part of her biggest project EVER.
Marisa is hosting an epic event called The Copy Chat.
The Copy Chat is a free masterclass filled with expertise from 22 leaders in the field of copywriting, marketing and running an online business.

The class begins next week, 2/18.
I encourage you to sign up. Join the group. And Learn.

I will see you there.
