Payment terms are outlined in individual client contracts
Due to the custom nature of our work, consulting services are non-refundable once delivered
For ongoing monthly services, cancellation requires 30-day written notice

Search Party Membership
Monthly membership payments are non-refundable
Annual memberships may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
After 14 days, annual memberships are non-refundable
Members may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing

Website Reviews & Audits
Website review services are delivered within 5 business days
Due to the immediate delivery of insights and recommendations, website reviews are non-refundable once completed
Cancellation Policy
For scheduled consulting calls or training sessions, we require 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling
Missed appointments without notice will be counted as delivered
Project cancellations must be submitted in writing
Ongoing service agreements require 30-day written notice for cancellation
